Korakuen Hall, in Tokyo, Japan,
there were four women's bouts on the card. WBA 102lb
champion Ayaka Miyao won a unanimous decision over Gretchen
Abaniel from Philippines. Mexico's Nancy Franco won over Kayoko
Ebata by unanimous decision. Franco became new IBF 105lb
champion.
Tsunami Tenkai won over Leslie Domingo from Philippines by TKO
in the 3rd round of a scheduled eight-rounder (53.4kg catch
weight).
Emika Himuro and Kai Johnson went to a six-round majority draw.
