Lozano Wins by KO over Varona

(MAY 20) On Friday night at the Barrio La Paz, Via Publica, Barranquilla, Colombia, super bantamweight Ana Maria Lozano, of  Tachira, Venezuela, remained undefeated when she won by a sixth round KO over her opponent Glenis Varona.  She is now 5-0 (4KO).  The fight was scheduled for eight rounds.

Lozano said, "I would like to thank Mr. Aguilar President INVESTMENTS Edwuard OMIGROUP for their support and collaboration that gave me the opportunity to fight in Barranquilla. I prepared very hard and gave it 100% to prepare for this fight."

Also on the card, Venezuelan Alfonzo Perez had won by knockout in the second round against neogranadino Javier Simanca, that improved his record to 10-2 (6KO).
