After the big success of being named the fighter of the year, and crowned as the new WBC flyweight World Champion, Mariana La “Barbie”Juarez, celebrated her 32th birthday on Sunday with her family and close friends.

Mariana (32-5-3, 15 Ko´s), will make her first defense of 2012 in the beautiful port of Acapulco, Mexico, on Feb 25th against Anastasia Toktulova (14-10-0, 2 Ko´s), who is the current Women´s International Boxing Association (WIBA) Champion, from Yoshkar-Ola, Russia.

La “Barbie”, which in 2011 held five world championship fights, will reach with this bout, 14 world championship fights in her impressive career.
