(OCT 15) Last night at the Gimnasio Revolución, Calpulálpan, in Tlaxcala, Mexico, Mariana "Barbie" Juarez, 111.5, of Mexico City, Mexico, successfully defended her WBC Flyweight title against Gabriela  Bouvier, of Uruguay, when she stopped Bouvier in the fourth round of a 10 round bout.  In May of 2011, Juarez stopped Bouvier in the seventh round, again, Juarez defending her WBC flyweight title.  It can be safe to assume that Juarez can take on other opponents at this time---stopping Bouvier TWICE in one year, fighting for the same belt.  Before Bouvier fought Juarez, she has not fought anyone of significance in this sport---one has to wonder how she got these title shots.
