(MAR 25) I dislike being the
bearer of bad news in the sport, but this stuff is pushed on to
the sport--- pushed on to boxing fans who pay to see these
fights in the sport. We do not ask for it, we do not want it,
and if we could prevent it---we would certainly do that.
Tomorrow night in Jinju City, South Korea, Hyo-Min Kim, 4-0-1
(1KO), of Incheon, South Korea, is set to fight for a WBA "Interim" super featherweight
title that is scheduled for ten rounds.
According to Boxrec and
WBAN's records, Kim's opponent, Saichon Taichio, is a "winless"
boxer, with a 0-1-0 record, and who has not fought since 2006, when she fought Shin-Hee
Choi at the Shingoo University, in Seongnam City, South Korea.
Taichio was KO'd in the second round of that fight, which was
scheduled for 10 rounds.
We welcome any additional information
on Kim's opponent and that info can be sent to us by email.
