(MAR 9) On Sunday, March 6th, at the IMP hall, in Osaka, Japan, Tomoko Kawanishi, 114¾ (from Osaka) received a gift decision against Miki Kikukawa, 115¼, (from Nagoya). Hometown boxer Kawanishi threw many punches, but Kikukawa landed more effective punches, and Kikukawa controlled the ring completely.Tomoko Kawanishi received a 58-57 unanimous decision on all three scorecards over Kikukawa.
