(SEPT 13) Get in shape and have
fun, boxing is one of the best workouts ever! This class is
designed for men and women of all fitness levels with little or
no experience in boxing. We'll be working on the fundamentals of
boxing, stance, footwork, basic punches, combinations and
conditioning. No sparring in this class, non-contact. Variety of
drills using the ring, heavy bag, focus mitts etc.
When: Sept 21- Oct 28 Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7pm
Where: Vancouver, B.C. Kel Lee's Academy of Martial Arts 2916
Graveley st(1st and Renfrew) upstairs
Required equipment: handwraps (can be purchased at the club)
What to wear: comfortable workout clothes ie t-shirt and shorts
and clean indoor running shoes(no black soles)
Space is limited so everyone receives one on one attention!
