Two Women's Bouts on Englebrecht's
Boxing Cards

|
(OCT 19) Promoter Roy Englebrecht has
announced that he has scheduled two quality female bouts within 48
hours of each other in November.
It all begins on Tuesday, November 18th at Table Mountain Casino
outside Fresno, when the Bay Area's tough Ava Knight faces Joanna
Tangero from Coachella. Knight is 4-0, while Tangero won her pro
debut on October 9th with by a four-round unanimous decision win
over Canadian fighter Michelle Nelson.
Then fast forward 48 hours to Thursday, November 20th at San Manuel
Indian Bingo & Casino, and you have Rhonda Luna meeting Kina
Malpartida in a six round junior lightweight battle.
Englebrecht will look to match the
winner of this bout against Jennifer Barber in the early part of
2009 for a possible world title fight.
