(OCT 16) Rola El-Halabi returns to the
Ring on October 19, 2008, in Berlin Germany. El-Halabi will be
fighting in a six rounder against Nadine Koschnik, of Berlin. This
will be Koschnik’s second pro fight. She is a former amateur with a
reported 20 amateur bouts.
23-year-old El-Halabi has been training at the Mekong-Box-Gym, with
trainer, Jürgen Grabosch, in preparation for this upcoming fight.
In a press release, they reported that El-Halabi is looking at this
fight as a tune-up when she looks forward to fighting for a
championship title in the future.
Also, she will be making a hometown appearance on November 16, 2008,
at the Ulmer Blautalcenter. She will then fight another 6-rounder at
the final of the "Dodge Trophy" event, where she won her European
Championship belt last year. Her opponent for this event will be
published within the next weeks.
