trainer, fitness model and motivation speaker based out of New York,
NY.
Cristy has recently stepped back into
training after a 6 month lay-off needed to start her own business,
which is now successfully up and running. Cristy is looking to take
a fight in November.
Another lil' tad bit of news on "Code Red"---She has been selected
as one of the best trainers in the country by ALLURE MAGAZINE to be
featured in the JANUARY ISSUE in a segment called "The Best of the
Best."
