(AUG 29) Jizelle Salandy of Trinidad,
received an opportunity to meet with the President of Trinidad
and Tobago, His Excellency George Maxwell Richard. On August
24th, he gave her some words of inspiration for her upcoming fight.
His Excellency congratulated Salandy on
being the youngest ever boxer to win a World Title and also for
being the first boxer to fight for the two most prestigious
titles in our country, he also told her that he wishes her well and
that she has the full support of the nation. Salandy was present
with her Manager Kim Quashie and the Coordinator of the event Boxu
Potts.
