(JULY 30) Dominic Pesoli, President of 8 Count Productions, HOME OF THE BEST IN CHICAGO BOXING, has announced details of CHICAGO SUPERSTARS, another installment of world class professional boxing set for Friday night, August 25th at the Aragon Ballroom presented with Miller Lite and TCF Bank.

Headlining CHICAGO SUPERSTARS is Chicago featherweight prospect Jose Hernandez, 20-3 (13KO) who will battle be featured in the main event against Philadelphia’s Lenny DeVictoria, 8-4 (2KO’s). The co-main event is an outstanding Chicagoland showdown bout between two of the city’s most popular fighters Francisco Rodriguez, 7-1 (5KO’s) and Omar Reyes, 3-3 in an eight round bantamweight bout.

A special attraction six round heavyweight bout will feature Oak Lawn, Illinois native Mike Mollo, 15-1 (9KO’s).

The undercard will include bouts featuring Chicago KO artist, welterweight Luciano “EL Gallo Michicano” Perez, 13-4-1 (12KO’s), Dallas, TX native, welterweight Francisco Rincon, 11-3 (6KO’s), WIBA Americas Lightweight Titleholder Rita Figueroa, 8-0 (3KO’s) and crowd favorite Barbaro Zepeda, 6-6-1 (1KO) in separate bouts.
