Update: Team Cruz:  In a matter of less than 24 hours Jennifer Salinas has backed out of the fight with “Lil Loca”. ( The third slated opponent so far for the scheduled June 30th fight)

(JUNE 20) With a Contract finally in the hands of State Commissioner Mr. Mason, Team Cruz finally has a opponent as a CO-Main Event with Rob "Red Hot" Frankel on the boxing card for June 30th, in Denver, Colorado.

World Champion Terri "Lil Loca" Cruz will be fighting a non-title six rounder against Michigan's Jennifer Salinas, 7-1-0 (2KO). 

Team Cruz was disappointed that offers to Team Lovato and Team Chavez fell through as a possible title defense. Team Cruz wanted it to be known that they are not ducking anyone especially---New Mexico, and they have tried to fight two of there best fighters.  Hopefully soon they will meet in the ring.

As of now Team Cruz's focus will be on Salinas whom they feel is a worthy opponent and will make a great fight.
