(JUNE 13) Thirty minutes before Sharon
"Wild Thing" Anyos stepped into the ring on Friday night, June 9th,
against Konsuay Deksukhothai of Thailand, Terry Knight
of Gold Coast Porsche paid her a visit to give her encouragement in
her dressing room.
Knight told her, "Sharon you do the job tonight and by Tuesday you
will be driving your new yellow Porsche Boxter. The only reason you
have to wait until Tuesday is because Monday's a public Holiday."
In addition, Knight told Sharon that he wanted to register the car
with a number plate that resembles her fight name "Wild Thing".
According to Team Anyos, she is due to arrive at Gold Coast Porsche
1 Harvest Court Southport at 3 pm Tuesday to take possession of her
new car. www.porschegoldcoast.com.au
Knight stated that he was proud of the work Sharon does as an
Ambassador for the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital Research
Foundation and the time she gives to charities and the public are
well deserved of Royal treatment.
Team Anyos said, "Sharon, even though the excitement found it hard
to focus on the job at hand as she just wanted to get in, do
the job she was asked by stopping her opponent, still managed to
discuss the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital Research Foundation
and the importance of donations and pledge forms to be completed
that had been circulated at the fight night prior to focusing the
crowd on her new toy. Sharon thanks God for all he has bought into
her life and the amazing journeys that she is experiencing."
