(MAR 31) Christian Printup, Entertainment Director of the Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino in Lemoore. California, and Promoter for former World Champion Jessica Rakoczy has notified WBAN that Eliza Olson has pulled out of her April 12th bout with Angel McNamara.

Printup said, "I received word from Eliza's Manager that Eliza has sustained an injury to her foot and would be unable to perform on April 12th. We had the offer out there for her to fight Angel McNamara and McNamara had signed and was getting ready for the fight. With Eliza pulling out, I went back to Willie Edwards (McNamara's manager) and asked if they'd be interested in a rematch with Rakoczy (Rakoczy won a 6 Round bout by a unanimous decision over McNamara in December 2005). They agreed, and we have a rematch."

Printup added, "The injury to Olson marks the second time she has pulled out of bouts since her stunning defeat of Rakoczy for the IBA and WBC World Lightweight titles in July 2005. Rakoczy, in the meantime has won two bouts since her most recent being a virtual shutout of Sumya Anani conquerer, Terri Blair this past February 23rd. "
