Mahfood: Here are some pictures from
Germany......In the first photo I am, of course, the really cute
girl. The other girl in the picture was my opponent, Borislava
Goranova of Bulgaria. |

Mahfood: There's a group photo of
everyone after the fight. I am standing next to my opponent. I
remember this because it was the last time I remember standing......
German beer is really strong! |

Mahfood: In the weigh-in photo, I
have no idea what the scale says. My weight was taken in kilos and
announced in German. I figured when everyone started clapping that I
must have made weight. |

Mahfood: In the picture of a crowd,
Sandy is the black headed Mexican smiling at the camera. She's
smiling because she is standing dead center at "press row." She only
had a disposal camera and refused to move over to let the "real"
journalist (from the German newspapers and such) take any center
pictures. She said she was the photo correspondent for the women's
fight and had every right to be there. The next morning, all the
German papers printed photos taken from off side. |

Mahfood:
There is a picture of me standing outside the hotel we stayed at in
Germany. It was a bed and breakfast kind of place. Lastly, there is
a picture of me standing with two men. The older gentleman is the
owner of the hotel. The younger one is his son. After the fight,
they stayed open for a victory celebration. The son feed me shots of
"Dracula" until I staggered up three flights of stairs to pass out
in my room.....Did I mention German beer is strong, very strong! |
