Gabriela Fundora to fight Gabriela Alaniz in a Unification of World Titles in Las Vegas October 24, 2024

(OCT 24) On November 2, 2024, at the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Nevada, undefeated IBF Flyweight World Champion Gabriela “Sweet Poison” Fundora (14-0, 6 KOs), of Coachella, California will be facing WBA, WBC, WBO Flyweight World Champion Gabriela “LA Chuky” Alaniz (15-1, 6 KOs), from Buenos Aires, Argentina. According to a press release from Golden Boy Promotions, they said that this is historic for the flyweight division, and that to date there has never been an undisputed female champion in the flyweight division.  Full Story

(OCT 22) RENES, Switzerland  -- More than 180 boxers from 30 National Federations will compete in the 2024 U19 World Boxing Championships which get underway this week at the Pueblo Convention Center, Colorado, USA (October 26 – November 2, 2024)
The competition, for male and female boxers aged 17 and 18, is World Boxing’s first-ever global championships. It will feature athletes from all five Continents that compete in boxing and will be held across 10 weight categories for both men and women. Full Story

Interesting Female Bout added to the November 15th card of the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson Card October 19, 2024

(OCT 19) On November 15th, at the AT&T Stadium, in Arlington, Texas, another interesting female bout has been added to the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson card. This card already includes the highly anticipated fight between Amanda Serrano and Katie Taylor. The newly added female bout will feature Shadasia Green, 14-1 (11KO) vs. Melinda Watpool, 7-0-0 (2KO).
