(JUNE 22) LAS VEGAS, NV---The City of Las Vegas has yet again embraced Women's Boxing when on our second day of our International Women's Boxing Hall of Fame (IWBHF) event that is set to take place on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at the Orleans Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, has been declared a proclamation day as  "Women's Boxing Day."

The City of Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn G. Goodman stated the following on the Proclamation certificate, "by virtue of the authority given to me by the laws of the State of Nevada and by the Charter of the City of Las Vegas, I, Carolyn G. Goodman, Mayor of the City of Las Vegas, do hereby proclaim October 7, 2023 as Women's Boxing Day."

This is the second time that the City of Vegas, via Mayor Carolyn G. Goodman has made our IWBHF event a proclamation day to honor Women Boxers, and at that time, had officially entitling our past event that took place on August 14, 2021, as  "Women's Boxing Day."

We would like to give a sincere "thank you" to City of Mayor Carolyn G. Goodman for honoring our elite 2023-2024 IWBHF Inductees and Special Award Recipients for this year.  More details on our event, visit us at www.iwbhf.com
