(APR 30) The International Women's Boxing Hall of Fame (IWBHF) is excited to announce that the history-first IWBHF Induction Ceremony that will take place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel (Pier Sixty-Six), in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on July 10th will be hosted by Bill Calogero of the Talkin Boxing With Billy C TV & Radio Programs and will be broadcast live on www.LDLTV.com.

In addition we are filling up the special guest list with many female world champions and top female boxers in the world. 

The seven inductees, Barbara Buttrick, Bonnie Canino, Christy Martin, Regina Halmich, Christy Halbert, Lucia Rijker, and Jo-Ann Hagen (posthumous)] were selected based on their contributions to the emergence and growth of the sport of Women's boxing over the past several decades.

Sue TL Fox of WBAN founder of the IWBHF will be  presenting the inductees with their awards, but will also be in Ft. Lauderdale to attend the  2014 Women's National Golden Gloves that is in conjunction with the IWBHF Induction ceremony.
