(MAR 27) Last night at the Isleta
Casino & Resort, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, junior welterweight
Holly Holm, 139¾, won by a 10-round unanimous decision over Chevelle
Hallback, 138½. The two were fighting for the WIBA junior
welterweight title. Final judges scores were 99091, 98-92, and
98-92.
In the co-main, Victoria Cisneros, 136, won by an eight round
majority decision over Terri Blair, 140½ Final judges scores were
77-75, 77-76, and 76-76.
