(DEC 5) What could have been a total disaster for the “Bad Blood” boxing card that was held last night at the Isleta Casino and Resort, a warrior (and I mean that literally), Victoria Cisneros stepped in and fought a 10-round bout against Holly Holm.

Little did Cisneros know that when she went to the casino dressed in regular attire to see the three women bouts on the card that she would actually be putting on boxing gear that another boxer wore in the first fight, and fighting Holly Holm---after Melissa Hernandez and her Team decided to bail out of the fight over the wrapping of hands of Holm. That is a story in itself.

But through this all….there was a bright light and that light was Victoria Cisneros….Cisneros was in excellent condition because she had had a fight scheduled that was cancelled.  Holm defeated Cisneros in a spirited 10-round bout. 

In a post fight interview, Cisneros said that she took the fight in the very last minutes of this event because she "just loves to box."  More to follow soon on this event...
