(APR 25) Today at the Orleans Hotel & Casino, in Las Vegas, Nevada, and promoted by Crown Boxing, there was a press conference held for this Friday’s boxing event, featuring "Amazing" Layla McCarter, who will be the main event on the card.

McCarter's originally opponent, Melissa Del Valle fell out due to injuries, and Melissa " Huracan" Hernandez was the last minute replacement.

Hernandez said at the press conference, that she didn't travel all the way from New York City, to be an opponent. Hernandez has been training very hard and is ready to fight McCarter and to take her GBU Belt.

McCarter said, "Too bad DeValle pulled out due to an injured heart, Oh I mean her hand.”

McCarter expressed appreciated for Hernandez taking the fight the last minute. She also said she likes her but it won't stop her performance as far as knocking her out again.
