The 2007 Comcast / Ringside National Jr.
Summer Boxing Classic Tournament will be held on Thurs/Fri/Sat, June
21-23 2007, in Augusta, Georgia. The tournament is hosted by the
Augusta Recreation and Parks Department. The corporate sponsors are
Comcast, Sports Medicine Associates of Augusta ,Clarion Suites INN
,PCS Nitrogen, Pollock Co., and Georgia Chiropractic and Wellness
center.
Registration for the event is Wednesday, June 20, 2007, at the Hotel
Headquarters from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. The Host Hotel is Clarion
Suites Inn, located at 3038 Washington Road, Augusta, Georgia

Weigh-ins and Physicals, will be at the
Clarion Hotel each day of competition at 7AM.
Hotel rates are $75.00 (quad—includes free breakfast).
Boys between the ages of 9 - 14 can compete for Championship Belts
for All Contested Matches. There will be three age groups (9 -10)
(11 - 12) (13-14) for the boxers
No belts to given to boxers in unopposed matches.
There will also be Non-Tournament Matches in which medals will be
awarded. The non-tournament will include - Girls - Age 9 - 16 and
Boys - Age 15 - 16.
