“Salute To America’s
Heroes” Boxing Card

(AUG 9) Tonight in Camp Pendleton, California, on the undercard, in a
super flyweight bout, Heather Donoho, 113, of San Diego, will be
fighting Mirasol Miranda, 110.5, of Hollywood, Florida. Retired
IFBA Featherweight World champion Bonnie Canino has come to the event
with her fighter Miranda.

In the
main event, Julio Diaz, 31-3, (23 KO), of Coachella, California,
will be fighting Russell Jones, 15-11, (10 KO), of Denver,
Colorado.
Also, featured on the card, Eric “Butterbean” Esch, 70-4-4
(53KO), will be fighting Rick Zufaa, 6-5 (5KO), in a four-round
heavyweight bout.
Mia “The Knockout” St. John was supposed to be on the card, but
cancelled out.
Other matches on the card, include, Ricardo Dominguez vs.
Rafael Ortiz, in a lightweight eight rounder: Felipe Rivas
vs. Jose Albuquerque; Felipe Capana vs. Rafael Ortiz;
and an amateur bout.
