May 27, 2017 - salle Marcel Dufour, Louvroil, Nord, France
Oshin Derieuw, 138¾, won a ten-round unanimous decision over Marion Montanari, 140.  The two were fighting for the WBF International Super Lightweight title.  Full Press Release

May 27, 2017 - Centro de Convenciones Amador, Panama City, Panama
Lightweight Monica Henao won a four-rounder by points over Marlene Aguilar.

May 27, 2017 - Aitken Centre, Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada
Heavyweight Claire Hafner, 181¾, of Quebec, Canada, making her pro debut, won by a four-round majority decision over Annie Mazerolle, 181¼., of     New Brunswick, Canada.   Final judges scores wer 37-39, 37-39, and 38-38.

May 27, 2017 - Palenque de la Expo, Ciudad Obregon, Sonora, Mexico
Kenia Enriquez won by a third round TKO over Maria Salinas. The two were fighting for the Interim WBC Light Flyweight belt.  In a second female bout, featherweight Melissa Esquivel won a four-rounder by decision over Beatriz Arambure.  Fight Video of Enriquez/Salinas: 

May 27, 2017 - BN Arena, Hatillo, San Jose, Costa Rica
Hanna Gabriels won a ten-round unanimous decision over Natasha Spence for the WBO and WBA Super Welterweight belts.  Gabriels was defending the WBO belt. Final judges scores 99-91 on all cards.

May 26, 2017 - TSB Stadium, New Plymouth, New Zealand
Tania Reid, making her pro debut, now  1-0-0, of New Plymouth, New Zealand, won a four-round bout against Wendy Talbot, now 0-4-0, of Rotorua, New Zealand.  The two were featured on the undercard in the super featherweight division. 

May 19, 2017 -  Korakuen Hall Tokyo, Japan
Eight female bouts were featured on the card.  There were five debuters that included (Midorikawa, Ozeki, MontBlanc Miki, Nanako Suzuki & Kodama).  Check out the following results: Full Story

May 18, 2017 - Paramount Theater, in Brooklyn, New York
Heather Hardy, 125.5, won an eight round unanimous decision over Edina Kiss, 124.5. This was a rematch for the two where Hardy defeated her by decision earlier this year. Hardy was defending her WBC Inter. Featherweight title.

May 18, 2017 - Cirque d'Hiver, Paris, France
Maiva Hamadouche, 128, of Clichy la Garenne, Hauts-de-Seine, France, won by a fourth round TKO over Anahi Sanchez, 129¾, of Buenos Aires, Argentina.  Hamadouche was defending her IBF Super Featherweight title in a scheduled 10-round bout.  Sanchez was given a countdown in the third round and also in the fourth round.  The bout was considered a five-star matchup on BoxRec. 

May 14, 2017 - at KBS Hall in Kyoto, Japan
Su-Yun Hong, 108, fought Tamao Ozawa, 108, for the WBO Light Flyweight title.  Hong, the current WIBA Light Flyweight champion, and former WBO Mini-Flyweight Champion from Korea won by a split decision, becoming the WBO two-weight class champion.  Final scores were 96-94, 96-94, and 94-96.

May 14, 2017 - Retro Music Hall, Prague, Czech Republic
Bantamweight Lenka Kardova, 121¼, pro debut, of Prague,  won a four-round unanimous decision over Claudia Ferenczi, 115.5, of Bratislava, Slovakia.

May 13, 2017 - Coliseo Samuel Rodriguez, Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico Cindy “Checkmate” Serrano,124.8, now 26-5-3 (10 KO) won by a ten-round unanimous decision over Paola “La Fiera” Torres, 123.6, Monterey, Mexico.  Serrano was defending her WBO Featherweight title.  Final judges scores were 97-93, on all cards. 

May 13, 2017 - Escuela de Boxeo Santos Zacarías, Rafael Calzada, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Super Flyweight Daniela Rivero, 114¾,   won a four-round unanimous decision over Yisele Sosa,115¼.  According to Boxrec, Sosa went down in the third round.   Final judges scores were 40-36, 40-35, 40-35.5.

May 13, 2017 - Ufgauhalle, Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg, Germany
Super flyweight Kallia Kourouni won a ten-round unanimous decision over Grecia Nova winning the WIBF and GBU Super featherweight title.  Nova had lost three of her five pro matches since 2015, and is now 15-26-4.  Rated #52 with Boxrec....no more comments on this one-star matchup according to Boxrec for world title belts.......enough said.

May 13, 2017 - Gimnasio Municipal Doñihue, La Granja, Chile
Flyweight Isis Mascarena, 111, of Santiago de Chile, won a six-round majority decision over Ruth Pasternostti, 110.5, of Cordoba, Argentina. Final judges scores were 57-57, 56-68, and 55-59.

May 13, 2017 - Howard Johnson Hotel, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
Lightweight Sheena Kaine, 136, of Edmonton, Canada,  won a five round unanimous decision over Guadalupe Ortiz, 135¼.

May 13, 2017 - Czestochowa, Poland
Super featherweight Ewa Brodnicka won a ten-round unanimous decision over Irma Adler.  The two were fighting for the interim WBO Super Featherweight title.  Full Fight video 

May 13, 2017 -Foro Aga de Palcco, Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico
Jessica Chavez won a ten-round unanimous decision over Ana Fabiola Arrazola. Chavez won the WBC Flyweight title.  Fight Video:    In a second female bout, super flyweight Celia Roman won a four-round unanimous decision over Cinthia Cardona.  In a third female bout, Cristina Mora won a four-round split draw over Jessica  Rangel.

May 13, 2017 -  Arena Oasis, Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico
Guadalupe Martinez Guzman won a ten-round unanimous decision over Zulina Munoz.   The two were fighting for the WBC Super Flyweight title. Fight Video: 

May 12, 2017 - Espace Cordouan, Royan, Charente-Maritime, France
Angelique Duchemin, 125¾, won a ten-round unanimous decision Ericka Rousseau, 123¾. The two were fighting for the vacant WBF Featherweight title.  Final judges scores 98-92, 98-92, and 96-94.

May 11, 2017 -  Mohegan Sun Casino, Uncasville, Connecticut
Kali " KO Mequinonoag" Reis, 151¼, 11-6-1 (4KO), of Providence, Rhode Island, won a six-rounder by a majority decision over Ashleigh Curry, 152½, 7-11-4 (1KO), of Saint Joseph, Missouri. Final judges scores were 58-56, 57-57, and 59-55.

May 6, 2017 - Club Atlético Pueblo Nuevo, Olavarria, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Bantamweight Makarena Gallastegui, 121¾, of Buenos Aires, won a six-round unanimous decision over Maria Sanchez, 118¼, of Santa Fe, Argentina.  Final judges scores were 58-56, 59-55.5, and 59.5-57.  Sanchez remains winless at 0-2-0, and Gallastegui improved her record to 3-1-0.

May 6, 2017 -  MGM Hotel, in Las Vegas, Nevada
Marlen Esparza, 110.5, now 2-0-0, won a four-round unanimous decision over Samantha Salazar, 111. The rounds were three-minute, not the two-minute rounds.  three minute rounds. They fought on the undercard of the Canelo vs. Chavez card.  Great to see a female bout on a big card as this! 

May 6, 2017 - Gatorade Center, Turku, Finland
Super featherweight  Eva Wahlstrom won a ten-round unanimous decision over Mayra Alejandra Gomez.  Wahlstrom was defending her WBC Super Featherweight title for the third time.  Wahlstrom won the belt in 2015 when the belt was vacant defeating Natalia Aguirre.

May 5, 2017 - Complejo Multiespacio Municipal, Juárez Celman, Cordoba, Argentina
Featherweight Cintia Gisela Castillo, 124.5, of Cordoba, remained undefeated with 6-0-0, when she won a six-round unanimous decision over Vanessa Calderon,  125¾, of La Banda, Santiago del Estero, Argentina. Final judges scores were 55-60, 54½-60, and 54-60.

May 5, 2017 - Metro City, Northbridge, Australia
Lightweight Sarah Dwyer now 2-2-0, won a four-round unanimous decision over Jay Freedome.

May 4, 2017 - Santa Cruz, Ilocos Sur, Philippines
