(JUN 28) In The Sun Herald News, They stated today that the “Historic Fight Moves to Fall.” They went on to state,  “ The Man vs. Woman boxing match involving Ann Wolfe has been pushed back from August to an undetermined October date.  Instead, Wolfe will fight in a bout later this summer on the Coast.” WBAN has a better idea..

(JUN 23) Tomorrow night, on June 24th,  at the Plaza Calafia, Mexicali (Baja California, ) Jazmín ("la Rusita") Rivas (10-2, 5KOs) will be fighting Susana ("la Taxista") Morales (4-2-1), in an eliminator for the WBC Super Flyweight title"This is an opportunity I don't intend to let slip," said Morales. Describing the conquest of the world title as her 'greatest desire', she added that it wouldn't be Jazmín Rivas that stopped her achieving it. Not having fought for a year, Morales will have rediscover her sharpness quickly: Rivas, who's only 17, blew away her last opponent (Adriana Moreno) inside the first round and went straight back to the gym to burn off her remaining aggression. Elizabeth (“Chiquita” ) Sánchez (Mexico) will face Myung Ok Ryu (N Korea).  Sánchez,8-5-0 (1KO), who is 28 and has two children -- Eduardo (11) and Angélica (2) -- to whom she is intending to dedicate her triumph, at junior flyweight, having won the inaugural Mexican junior flyweight champion in June 2002 when she defeated Andrea Benítez by TKO. Promotion, EBU champion Nathlie Toro, now 14-0-0 (5KO), of Luik, Belgium, won by a fourth round TKO over Agatha Gracia, of Spain.  Toro and Gracia were fighting for the WIBF vacant Lightweight world title belt, was televised on RTL Television.

(JUN 3) On June 4, at the Chinook Winds Casino, in Lincoln City, Oregon, Portland’s Molly McConnell, 4-0-0 (1KO), will be fighting Terry Blair, 5-8-1 (3KO), of  Louisville, Kentucky in a six-rounder.  The two just fought with McConnell winning a close decision. Jackie Kallen, the "den mother" on television show, "The Contender" and McConnell's manager, will be at the fight.
