Cordero, born on December 18, 1995, in Caucasia, Columbia, fell in love with the sport at a very early age. By the time she was 7 or 8 years old she was already boxing with the local boys in her town. The lack of financial support in her household forced Dayana to work but boxing was her passion and at the age of 14 she turned pro defeating a much seasoned fighter in Maria Andrea Miranda.   Full Story
