(FEB 22) Paloma Campos has gone
through the San Antonio college law enforcement program and is
an active intern with San Antonio Police Department. She also is
an amateur boxer novice experience level.
Boxing for her has been
development of both persistence and judgment. She did not do
Golden Gloves this year because the only bout offered was
against a season open division boxer who has her own
story....recovering from back injury and has recently obtained
an MBA...Karla Rend on who before her own back injury fought
Tammy Franks.
She lost an RSC against tall
lanky Maria Altimarior.....Paloma is much shorter and still
working the art of sliding in under the jab and then blasting
the body to get the taller boxers gym in reach. She was training
working on her weight and keeping her skills learning
persistence.
Lets face it we want a
police officer who does not give up and is tough/persistent and
wise.
