Tonight: Two Women's Bouts on Card
September 26, 2009

(SEPT 26) A terrific seven bout card that will feature two title bouts will take place this Saturday at The Yesha Center in South Philadelphia which be highlighted by undefeated Jr. Welterweight “Hammering” Hank Lundy taking on forty-one fight veteran Justo Sanchez in a scheduled ten round affair fight for the UBC Jr. Welterweight crown.

The card is promoted by Donna Cohen’s Bionic Bull promotions with Renee Aiken handling the matchmaking

Lundy, 14-0-1 with eight knockouts has been dubbed as “Mr. Excitement” in Philadelphia is looking to take the next step in becoming a top contender in both the Lightweight and Jr. Welterweight divisions

In order to do that, he must take care of Sanchez, who despite his record of 17-23-1 has fought to-flight competition which includes currant world champion Steven Luevano, former world title challenger Jose Santa Cruz and top prospects Verquan Kimbrough and Ray Narh to name a few.

In the co-feature, it will be an eight round Super Middleweight tilt between Dhafir “No Fear” Smith and Demetrius Davis in a battle for the UBC Inter-Continental title.

Smith of Upper Darby, PA and Davis of Washington, DC have very deceiving records as they have been matched with the top Super Middleweights in the world and now they have a chance to fight each other for a coveted belt.

Smith has a record of 21-19-6 with four knockouts while Davis is 19-15-5 with seven knockouts.

It was just a little over a year ago when Eric Hunter was considered the best Featherweight prospect in the United States as he amassed a record of 10-1 with four knockouts and he makes his return to the ring against talented Wilshaun Boxley, 5-1 with three knockouts of Coon Rapids, Minnesota in a fight scheduled for six rounds.

Pedro Martinez, 5-2 with three knockouts of Philadelphia will battle Kevin Hood,5-11-1 of Coatesville, PA in a cruiserweight fight scheduled for four rounds.

In a Ladies four round Jr. Lightweight fight, LaKeysha Williams, 9-14-3 with one knockout of Philadelphia will take on Belinda Laracuente, 23-25-3 with nine knockouts of New York City.

Cruiserweight Dan Grafton of Philadelphia will make his pro debut against Patrick Johnson, 0-1 of Indiana in a bout scheduled for four rounds.

In a ladies Welterweight bout scheduled for four rounds, Natalie Brown, 5-1, with three knockouts of Mississauga, Ontario will battle Rachel Clark, 2-2-1,  with one knockout of Colombia, SC
