(JUNE 26) It’s difficult for me to do this because it has never been my style. But I felt compelled to follow up on the recent story done by Bernie McCoy. First and foremost, I am honored to even be mentioned in the same breathe with fighters like Melissa Hernandez, Missy Fiorentino, Jeannine Garside and Jelena Mrdjenovich. Considering the recent history, I think you also have to mention Ela Nunez as well.

Although each one of us has earned the right, I am issuing this challenge for the simple fact that there is really no reason why Kina should say no. I have the promoter ready to put on the fight. We have a venue. We have a date. We’ve done it before, why can’t we do it again?

Kina, I know deep down in your heart you truly believe you won our first fight. Isn’t that what you and your camp have been telling anyone who will listen? PROVE IT!
