(JAN 3) On Saturday, January 6th, at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino, in Hollywood, Florida, super middleweight Laura "Lady Ram" Ramsey, 6-2-0 (2KO), Lake Wales, Florida, will be fighting Ijeoma "The Praise" Egbunine, 12-1-0 (8KO), Nigeria, who fights out of Marietta, Georgia, will be fighting in a six-rounder on the undercard of the mainliner featuring Samuel "The Nigerian Nightmare" Peter versus James "Lights Out" Toney. Toney and Peter will be fighting in a WBC Heavyweight Eliminator Bout.

Also, Cory "Next Generation" Spinks will face "Smooth" Rodney Jones in an IBF Jr. Middleweight Championship match.

"It’s going to be a good fight, one that I’m really looking forward to," Ramsey said during a break in her workout yesterday. Ramsey also expressed her appreciation to Don King for giving them an opportunity on a high-profile card. Ramsey said that it will allow them to show fight fans that women can come and fight and bring them the kind of action they want to see. WBAN would have to concur with that statement, as it will probably be a barnburner between these two boxers.

The doors open at 4:00 p.m., with the first bout beginning at 5:00 p.m. Prices: $500, $300, $150, $100, $50 - Reserved Seats, you can visit the Hard Rock Live box office, or call: 954-523-3309 Broward, 305-358-5885 Dade, 561-966-3309 Palm Beach.

This event is presented by Don King Productions, Duva Boxing, Goossen Tutor Promotions and Seminole Warrior Boxing.
