The Showdown: Nickel-Terherst
vs. Mooney

By Longjab

PITTSBURGH – (MAR 14) – From the looks of the poster below, there is going to be a ‘showdown’ in Albany, New York, three days from now, on March 17, 2006, on this St. Patrick's Day Showdown.

If you look closer, one of the ‘showdowns’ is going to be a fight between ‘All Biz’ Liz Mooney and Cristy ‘Code Red’ Nickel-Terherst, two lassies that will definitely show that they are not ‘green’ when it comes to displaying their skills in the boxing ring.

With Mooney making her ‘hometown’ debut against a formidable opponent in

Nickel, who trains out of Atlanta, my guess will be that these two lassies will steal the show, providing those in attendance with the ‘showdown’ of the night.

It would be so fitting, if judge Mills Lane were there, just to say, “Let’s get it on”.
